How do I get my money back from Purevpn?

I used to pay but it's always been so slow. Their customer service is pretty bad. I'm really going to regret this.

I paid for the service. It was advertised, it was fast, and I got the service I paid for. The trouble starts a few days after making the payment.

I've tried communicating with them on several accounts; email, live chat, and even posting up this topic and waiting. All requests that were made got no response back whatsoever. It's been well over a month since I had a reply. And it's not as if their customer service email accounts are down or not responding. They don't reply at all. Which really frustrates me.

Do they ever pick up? I even wrote a detailed email asking if they send emails anymore. Nope. Doesn't say it. They never answer. I paid for the service.
