I'm having a problem.

I've been using PIA for some time now, and I love it. However, I'd like to connect my smart TV to the internet with the PIA VPN on. I'm not entirely sure that this is possible. Does anybody know if it's possible?

Why is my PIA not working on my TV?

My PIA system (2.0) is not working on my TV (with the exception of the DVR). I keep getting the black screen, where I can type in the code and it will do a scan for the code but then the system does not come up. Can someone help me out with this?

I got the same problem today. The code does not work properly and you get the black screen. I've tried 2 different USB drives and it won't change to the PIA system menu screen. It hangs when I click on your PIA and when I click one of the PIA systems. I have no idea how to get it to work on my tv.

Hi.e. This may because your USB stick is FAT32 formatted and not NTFS formatted. If so, that is probably your issue, as only USB sticks that are formatted to be NTFS will allow you to access PIA on your TV. But I did find another thread here on PIA's board (just search 'PIA') in which a forum member was having the same issue and said that formatting the USB stick to be NTFS worked. I tried formatting my USB stick and it worked, so I'm going to go ahead and say that if you format your USB stick to be NTFS, then all will be well.
