How do I register with PIA?

In the past I have registered with PIA, and it was so easy.

Now when I try to register again, I am not able to register. Every time I try, it is unable to register. When I register manually on PIA's website, it automatically registers me with PIThis happens every time I try to register. What do I need to do to be able to register?

Trying to register using an old email address can sometimes lead to problems. Make sure you have the same email address and same password as you used previously. Otherwise, try to register through your email.

Note that it is not possible to cancel an order if you have registered using your personal email address.

How do I create a PIA account?

The PIA website provides detailed instructions for creating a PIA account and for importing your existing contacts into PIIt is necessary to be logged into your PIA account in order for the importation of your contacts to succeed.

Note: The following instructions apply to the desktop version of PIIf you are using the mobile version of PIA, see Importing your contacts into PIFirst, create a new account. In the top menu, click on Contacts. On the Contacts page, click on the Import contacts button. Your imported contacts will now appear on the Contacts page. You can edit your imported contacts in the same manner as you do for your own contacts.

You can export your contacts to the PIA mobile app and to the desktop app. Click on the Export contacts button.
