I've tried both the ExpressVPN app on my computer and the ExpressVPN app on my Firestick. Both times I have tried to sign in, I get this error message: "Connection Failed. We're unable to connect to your server. Please check your internet connection and try again."
When I open the app on my computer, it says "You have reached the maximum number of connections allowed. Please try again later."

I'm able to connect to the VPN when I use my computer (so it's definitely a Firestick issue), and I'm able to connect to the VPN when I use the ExpressVPN app on my computer. But I'm having trouble connecting to the VPN when I use the ExpressVPN app on my Firestick.

Just an update, I was able to fix this problem. I uninstalled the ExpressVPN app from my Firestick and then reinstalled it. Now, when I sign in to the ExpressVPN app on my Firestick, I'm able to connect and get the full VPN experience.

I just want to make sure that I'm doing this correctly. I've deleted the ExpressVPN app from my Firestick and then reinstalled it. When I go to the ExpressVPN app on my Firestick, I should see a "Connect" button on the top right corner of the screen. But I don't.

So I think this might be the solution. I had a hard time using the ExpressVPN app on my Firestick because I couldn't get the "connect" button to show up on the top right corner of the screen. I'm going to use the ExpressVPN app on my computer and then transfer my settings.
