Does VPN work on Netflix anymore?

I have a Hulu Plus account so I can use my IPTV apps. I can't get Netflix streaming over my VPN so I can't watch it.

While I was out of the country in March I was using another VPN from VPNTool and it worked fine when I was on the US Netflix. But what IPTV I use is from China (ECBC) so I can't use Netflix.

Anyone know any other alternatives? I can't go back to my old providers because what I currently watch may not work with my new ISPs. I'd rather keep using my old VPN service if it'll work with Netflix.

I'm just looking for an easy way to watch TV channels from an IPTV service, and I don't want to use Hulu, I think that's having some problems that are unrelated to VPN. EDIT: I think Netflix is actually working on the disappearing VPN thing but it's been a problem for a while. Thanks for the info. I'll see what else I can find.

I have an IPTV service from China that works fine with Hulu. It's just that Netflix won't work. But I just wanted to keep my VPN since I was using it for Netflix anyway.

Yeah I found out that the VPN is being blocked. And then Hulu says this is the result of the VPN being blocked. I haven't read if Netflix has announcement that they're shutting down VPN support because their IPTV service is not working and they're following the same rules as with Hulu.

Edit: Ok, I found that Newfoundland's IPTV provider was not allowing Netflix through the VPN. So it makes sense that the VPN provider was.

The problem is that Netflix doesn't have any way to provide a VPN explorer for a specific country. The reason the error tells you to contact Netflix regarding the VPN since it's not supported is that they don't support it. If you find a VPN that does support the VPN region it should work whether Netflix supports the service or not.

I use OpenVPN and it works fine with all of my VPNs.
