Has Hulu blocked VPN?

Does Hulu blocked ExpressVPN?

I'm having a serious problem with Hulu blocking access to ExpressVPN. I tried to watch the 2nd season of "Narcos" which is available on Hulu. I also have a free Hulu account. While the account is free I have access to all programs on Hulu.

However, when I tried to watch the "Narcos" second season on Hulu, the window won't open. I've tried connecting to Hulu through the ExpressVPN app on the iPhone etc. However, I can't do it. When I try a VPN it just tells me that ExpressVPN is blocked.

I have removed ExpressVPN and installed again and tried to watch the 2nd season of "Narcos" and I got the same result. I have contacted support and they told me that it is not a problem in my side but with Hulu. I'm just wondering if Hulu blocked ExpressVPN? If so, is there anything I can do to get access to Hulu again? I don't know what to do. It sounds as if Hulu limited the VPN you were using. Make sure you have the most recent firmware update installed. Once installed, make sure you select the VPN connection from the network list when you log in to Hulu.
