I recently canceled my monthly ExpressVPN subscription, having been unhappy with their service for more than a year.

Their billing department told me I could cancel and get a refund in 2-4 weeks, or the following month they'd bill me for the amount I'd already paid.

So far, though, I've only heard from their billing department once. When I got an email about a billing change (the monthly fee they wanted to charge me vs. A yearly fee) my response was "nope." But my credit card was already charged, so they must have processed it! I haven't heard anything since.

How many days/weeks would you recommend waiting before emailing or calling? And is there any chance of it taking even longer than that? It's been three weeks and counting.
