Yes. They are free if you're not connecting from a North American or European location. They offer no bandwidth cap and you don't have to pay for a subscription. This is all for the free tier of the product.

You can always upgrade to the paid plan if you need more bandwidth. How do I access the free VPN from an office? All clients and the free tier of the app are cross platform. You can access the free tier on any of your devices, including desktop, laptop and mobile phones. The client can also be used to create a secure wireless hotspot for others to use, if desired.

What payment methods are accepted? Payments are made by way of Stripe and are processed securely using Stripe's encrypted payment infrastructure. To complete a purchase, simply click the checkout button on your chosen payment method, which will take you to Stripe where you can review your transaction. There are no additional payment steps required.

Can I use my own VPN server? The company provides a wide range of servers that are available to customers in the United States and Europe for their free tier. For the paid plans, they will provide you with the server you need to use, depending on where you are located.

How many servers are there? Can I change servers? To make sure you get a fast connection, we recommend that you stay with the server that you are connected to initially. To change servers, simply tap the server you wish to change to and then tap the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

Will I lose my connection if I'm moving? No. They have done extensive testing to ensure that you will be connected when you move from one WiFi spot to another. They have tested this by sending users to a number of different WiFi spots, some of which were known to have very bad connections. Their system consistently connected to the correct spot every time.

Does it work on Android devices? The clients are available for both iOS and Android. Will it work if I'm outside the US/Europe?
