How do I fix service access denied on my iPhone?

When I try to use the camera app on my iPhone, I get an error message saying, "Service access denied.

How can I access forbidden folder?

I m able to access to my home folder by su username as root but when I try to access any folder in my system it says: (forbidden). How do I fix it? I m new in linux.
