You will first need to register for a new account on Windscribe.

Once you've completed this process, select the 'My Account' tab on the top right-hand side of the screen. Here you will find the option to 'Reactivate Account'. This will reactivate your account and download you back to Windscribe. You can now login to your new Windscribe account with your email address and password that was set during the initial setup process. Once you've logged in to your new Windscribe account, you will be able to access your old details and transfer the data from your old Windscribe account over to the new one. There will be a number of important things to note here: Your old username will now be a Premium username (this can be seen in the top right-hand corner of your screen). This is because you can only have one account at a time and when you are transferring over your old Windscribe account you will be activating it for a second time as a premium account. The name of your old plan will be the plan name that you were on when you cancelled it. However, this is just the name that your new account will be using, not the current plan name.
