Hi all, I just read through the thread and got a bit confused.

I have tried to use getflix many times over the last few years and it worked fine (with lots of DVDs). I then had to reinstall my laptop (windows) and now the getflix client doesnt work at all. It doesnt find any DVD's at all. I have tried to uninstall and re-install several times and it still doesnt work.

Is this not a very common problem and is there any hope for me to be able to get this working again? I have tried contacting them to no avail. I have been a user of getflix since their first release (and before that). I have always had no problems until last week when they stopped working. I have tried to use their website for several hours, and it still doesn't work. I have used getflix on multiple computers (including laptops), and it always worked well. Now it doesn't work at all.

I contacted their support team, and they asked me to uninstall all the addons. I did that, but still nothing. I have also tried to use another browser (firefox) and I still can't get it to work.

Why is Hulu not working on Getflix?

Is there an update we can take advantage of?

We had a similar problem with Hulu not loading. Then they fixed it and said it was a problem with our server.

Then we found out it was because of the TVCatchup servers. I then went back to my previous account on hulu and it is still not working. So I go to the help page and it says they are now working on it.

No info on when it will be available, just that it will be sometime before Christmas. Is this a joke or what? ? I remember last year that was also the case. I do not know what is going on but at the time I thought of switching to VOD. No longer the case since my first year with VOD.

After you complete the registration and make sure that you are connected to the internet and you have your device or laptop connected to the same network.
