You should probably find out what the market wants. This might mean a lot of digging around forums, or getting on the phone to the people you wish to do business with. The problem is that not everyone has the time to help out like that. So you have to be creative. This creative side is a major factor if you wish to succeed online. You may not know it yet, but someone somewhere is already looking for just what you want to offer. All you have to do is find them.
You should try www.google.com. Then click on free stuff. This will find thousands of websites that people have put together for nothing. Many of these have been used many, many times by other webmaster's which have added their own personal touch. It is up to you how good you want it to look, and you'll have to go to where the information is.

How do I start a graphic design website?
I would like to start a graphic design website to earn money.
The problem is that I don't know how to set it up in such a way that it's very easy for me to build.
You can learn the basics from reading books or watching videos on the internet. After you're comfortable with those basics, you can build a website and offer paid services.
The only real challenge is building a good website that people will use. When I was learning (when my skills were much worse than they are now), there were a lot of bad books out there that promised to teach you everything you needed to know about designing. None of them worked very well. You have to really want to do this, and have a lot of time to devote to it, to spend a lot of time figuring out what works and what doesn't.
What makes a good graphic design website?
There's no definite answer.
The truth is that a great graphic design website really depends on the client, and it's something that is subject to change during the course of a project.
That said, we have come up with our thoughts on some factors that make or break a good website that we think every designer needs to master. Here are 5 things you should know if you are looking to become a successful graphic designer.
Don't judge by looks. The first rule for all designers is to don't look too much at the looks of the final design. It's a design, after all, and it has to stand out from everything else on the web. It's meant to represent your best self and it's meant to work beautifully regardless of the client. This doesn't mean to judge what's visually appealing based on how much money you expect to make - it's only a means of ensuring your best judgment on the finished design.
You can take inspiration from your own designs, too, and remember that many successful designers got where they are because they were able to spot their own flaws while designing themselves. Learn from the mistakes others have made. As long as you have access to the websites you are trying to learn from, then there's no harm in using them as resources. Look for sites that have achieved some sort of status, or which you might know personally. For example, you can learn a lot from reading the user reviews and testimonials from users who have had dealings with an agency before.
You could also simply go down to the local library and take a look at some magazine articles from years ago. It's easy to pick out the common themes in an article - you just need to read enough until you can recognise them when you see them again.
Use a variety of visual media to communicate. Visual communication can be a difficult thing to work with, especially with so many different platforms in existence. The key to being a successful graphic designer is a variety of techniques for communicating visually, such as the use of colours and icons, graphics, pictures and even video. There's a lot to remember when you want to start using these in a professional manner.
