How do I log into IPVanish on Firestick?

Why can't i install IPVanish on my Firestick?

I have tried multiple times to install IPVanish on my firestick. The firestick has a 64 bit quad core processor, 8 gigs of RAM, an Intel video card and the firmware is up to date and it has enough storage. I downloaded the installer from IPVanish and tried it 3 different times with different internet connections. I ran into multiple different errors each time that I tried to install. I have a Verizon LTE connection with over 50 mbps download and upload speed. Here are some of the errors I got while trying to install the IPVanish software:

There is a problem with the file "nsproxy.properties" is not valid error installing NSProxyProperties in NSProxyProperties directory path. Could not create zip archive. There is a problem with the file zipextract.exe is not valid

How do I log into IPVanish on Firestick?

I have been trying to connect to my IPVanish VPN on my Firestick for the last three days. I keep getting the same message that I need to enter a username and a password. I have tried all of the available options, but none of them work.
