Why are my addons not showing on Stremio?

I have a problem with my addons.

My addons on Stremio are not shown and I tried already everything that seems to work for me, but nothing seems to work. I have changed the folder (C:StremioaddonsAddons). I have copied the addon from c:stremioaddonsAddons to C:stremioaddonsaddons. Checked if the addon is really there with the extension (in c:stremioaddonsscriptsStremioAddons). I already used the last version and it works when I'm looking at the addon list in the game but after I have played the game it just disappeared. Have I something to configure or can someone help me? I got the same problem and found a solution. You have to go to "my games", then select your game and "install a mod". "Install a mod" will download the right version of a mod. After you've installed a mod, go back to "my games" and you will see your mods inside "all players" section.

It's important to note that if you don't install a mod the first time you play the game, it won't show until you install the mod again.

Why is Stremio not working anymore?

How do I get Stremio addons to work?

The Stremio addons are a great way to enhance the experience of watching content on Stremio.

We have been thinking for a long time about adding more addons to our service, and the fact that we are now able to easily add them to your streamers is a big step towards that goal. At the same time, we will soon be introducing more features in the Stremio app that will bring you even closer to the content in your favorite streams.

The key things to know before you start adding addons are: What is an addon? How do they work? What is the difference between addons and mods? An addon or plugin is something that is attached to a content host (Stremio streamers) and adds functionality to it. For example, an add-on can automatically tag content with certain keywords or can search for a specific streamer or content host. Addons are created by third-parties (like yourself) that want to provide their users with a greater online streaming experience.

An addon or plugin communicates with the content host via a protocol. A protocol is basically a standard communication method between two or more pieces of software and this is what helps us communicate with the Stremio app. An example of a protocol is which is how the connection with the Stremio app is established when adding an addon.

There are multiple protocols to use with our content hosts. Currently, it is possible to use 2 different protocols, these are: The new Stremio Protocol v1 The Legacy WebRTC protocol. WebRTC protocol v1. WebRTC is an open source JavaScript library that was designed for creating real-time communications on the web. WebRTC adds the possibility to play your favorite video files directly into your browser. It doesn't matter if you are on Windows, Mac or Linux, or if you have a desktop browser or if you are using a mobile device. It simply does the job.

Using WebRTC has many advantages over the previous protocols, one being that it works both on computers, smartphones and tablets. This means that we can be more flexible and use whatever device you have in order to access our service.
