It doesn't work on the oxylabs wireless router though. So my question is how can I set this up?

I'm not sure what you mean by "set up" but I think you want to use the router as an access point for your wireless network, in which case you would connect to the router via a ethernet cable. Once you're connected, you can then configure the wireless settings (or the WAN settings if you're using the router as a router) of the router to act as the AP.

The problem with using the oxylabs router as a wireless AP is that it has very limited wifi capabilities, it does not do ad-hoc and it doesn't have encryption. If you're just looking to get the whole house online, there are much better options for a wireless router than the oxylabs wireless router.

That being said, I don't know the specific model of the oxylabs wireless router but it may be possible to use the usb dongle mode of the wireless router. It may need to be setup as a client and connected to a router.

Thanks for the reply. You are correct about needing an ethernet cable to the router. I'm just trying to get this thing working before I do a bunch of wireless stuff on the router. I'll try using the usb mode first.

Ok well it looks like I got it working. The one problem I had was that it was asking for a username and password. I guess I didn't have to give it one since I was using the dnsmasq.

Chromoting is not a proxy, it's a Remote Desktop application for Chrome.

I'm using this and it works great. The reason I use it is because I can access my desktop on my mobile device without having to re-install everything. I'm also able to access and control my desktop from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

The answer was, "Yes, but you need the proxy free version." I don't want to get a free version, since I would rather spend the money buying the full version of Oxylabs. I had searched the internet for other answers to this question, but the only answers that I could find were not clear or did not say whether it was proxy free or not.

I have done a lot of testing, but this particular setup I have does not seem to work without a free license. You can test it without buying a license in this area: It says "This browser plugin can be installed for FREE". However, even if you do not install it, it seems to work fine in the areas that are the same as what you saw in the link. I wonder if the link above is referring to proxy only. The other links I found on this site, the ones that you saw, refer to the proxy free version.
