How do I fix access denied on my website?

I'm trying to access the files that are stored in the /data/com.myapp/files directory.

When I call a URL like /data/com.myapp/files/test.xml, I get the following error:
According to what I understand about Android permissions, you cannot access any files inside the /data/com.myapp/files directory if the app doesn't have the necessary permission. I'm using the following permissions in my manifest.
I can access files inside this directory when I've first made the app, and the only time that this directory changes is after the device has been restarted. It looks like it might be a storage issues on the device. For instance, if I'm debugging the app on a Samsung Galaxy S3, I'm seeing this error in LogCat every time I make a request to the directory, even when I haven't touched the app since I last tested it on the device.

Does this sound familiar? Do you know what is going on? That's really weird, but it happens when you add files to android.externalsdcard/androidexternalcache. Are you sure your app isn't getting killed by OS when device get rebooted?

Why am I denied access to a website on my Iphone?

I'm a frequent traveler and I often rely on my iPhone to access online services while traveling.

Yesterday, after having traveled back home from China, my phone locked itself and refused to work when trying to use Google Maps (www.google.com/maps) and the search function of Wikipedia (www.wikipedia.org).

The internet was not working on my iPhone and I contacted AT&T to fix it. They were unable to fix my iPhone because it is still under warranty.

Then I tried to access the Wi-Fi at the airport and it showed that I wasn't connected and asked me to try again, but it didn't work. I then tried connecting to an access point in another city and it worked fine.

I asked them why they didn't let me use their Wi-Fi and they told me that it was because I was not an AT&T customer. That's because the Wi-Fi in the airport was free and they didn't want to get sued for giving someone service they didn't have the right to provide.

I took my phone to an Apple Store in London (I am in UK) and they couldn't do anything about my iPhone either because it is still under warranty. They just said "It's hard to say anything since we can't repair it".

They told me that my problem could be a hardware issue and that I should contact AT&T. The people at AT&T told me that my iPhone is not supported anymore. They gave me their support number and said that they would get back to me.

I'm very disappointed with this, and I feel that I had to waste an entire day of my life to solve this problem. It sucks. What's worse is that I don't even have my contacts on my iPhone.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Can I just buy a new iPhone without contract and use it for my travel? How would I be able to transfer all my contacts from my iPhone? Would this work on my iPhone 3GS as well? What happens if I use an iPhone 2G? I am really frustrated. This was supposed to be my favorite phone and now I can't use it anymore. This was the first iPhone that I got and the first smartphone I ever owned. This is my life.
