How to get into Apple ID without phone number verification?

I would like to know how to create an Apple ID without my phone number verification.

I was wondering if anyone could explain this as I know that when I try to create account without a phone number I get this message: "Your security number is invalid. Make sure you're entering your number in its correct case, and make sure the correct number matches your iTunes, App Store, or other services ID."
How can I bypass this message? This has been happening to me before I even opened apple id. My mobile number is not changed since I bought my phone a year ago but it still asks for the verification.

I'm trying to register an Apple ID for my new iPhone 4s.

My phone number is different from my email address, which I use for other purposes. When I try to sign in with the email address, I get this error message: "The email address you entered is already associated with an Apple ID."

When I try to sign in with my phone number, I get this message: "The Apple ID you entered is not registered to this phone number." What's the problem? Why won't Apple accept my phone number? How can I register a new Apple ID that will work for my new iPhone 4s? Tell me if I'm wrong, but my understanding of how Apple ID works is that it allows you to use all the same features on all your Apple devices. So, if I create an Apple ID that will work on my iPhone 4s, why would I need to create a separate Apple ID that will work on my Macbook Pro? I've been using a computer for the past 3 years, and never had an issue with it. I now own a new iPhone 4s, and I've been having this issue since I got it. Can anyone help me out?

I think it's a bit late to answer this question but I've been trying to do the same thing for a while now. I had a different phone number from my email, and it was also a different phone number from my Facebook account. However, I was able to solve this problem by registering my Facebook account on the first Apple device, then logging in with my Facebook account on all the other Apple devices.

Then, it took about 4 days for the phone number and email to sync between all the devices. This seems to be the only way to do this. My phone number is different from my email address because I have 2 cell phones. I bought a new iPhone 4s on November 25th, and my old iPhone 5 had already synced my email and phone number to iCloud. So, when I upgraded to my new iPhone 4s, it didn't recognize that I already had an iCloud account.

It took me a few weeks to figure out the way to get my phone number and email to sync across all my devices. Once I figured it out, it was much easier.
