Why can't i log into Hulu on multiple devices?

I am having trouble logging in to Hulu on my Windows 8 computer. I am using a password that is not the same as the one that I use on my Apple TV. The only way I have been able to get Hulu to work on this computer is by changing my password to something I have used before, but I don't want to be putting in the same password every time I use this computer. I just want to be able to log into Hulu from my different devices, and I know I can do that with my Apple TV.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Hulu, both from the App Store and from the Windows Store. I have also tried using a different browser to log in.

I have Hulu Plus, and I haven't had any problems logging into it. This is the same computer, so it is more than likely not a problem with Hulu, it is probably a problem with my account on my other device.

How do I create a new Hulu account?
