How do I get the App Store back on my school iPad?

After updating the iPad to iOS 8.4.1, I cannot download anything to my device. The App Store is not visible in the Settings > General > Software Update > Download.

Steps to Blocking an App Store, and How to unblock it. Open App Store and head over to the search bar and type in What's In The News into the search box. Click What's In The News under the search bar. Tap on the first link that pops up. Tap on the small arrow in the bottom-right hand corner to open the full screen App Store browser. Find What's In The News and tap on it. You will now see a grey screen with the heading What's In The News with your name below it. This will show you the top 4 headlines that the site has found for you. You have the ability to quickly block these headlines by tapping the top right of the screen. Tap on the More button. Tap on the three vertical lines in the bottom right corner. Scroll down until you find Block this Article. Tap on Block This Article. You can tap the x icon or press the back button to go back to the What's In The News page. You can also tap OK to continue. If you tap the More button again, it will take you back to the top of the article list. Note: There is also a way to delete all items in the app store by tapping the top of the screen, then scroll down until you find it and tap Delete All. Note: Don't worry about deleting anything, you can always go back and change your mind.
