How to cancel Hulu. You cancel Hulu anytime, but you'll have to wait until the next billing cycle to do so. When you get your first Hulu bill, you'll see the option to cancel there, so make sure you don't cancel before that happens. Does Hulu still have 30 day free trial?

I have a lot of TV shows on there and want to watch them all but it's way too slow to download.

Also, how much does it cost?

I never could get into Hulu. I just wasn't really into watching TV. Hulu never had a free trial that I could find.99/mo, not including the cost of the channels you want to watch (even though you can pay per channel).

I have an OTA antenna which I use to catch local shows that air at 9PM on weekdays (when I have to work at the computer). With antenna, one does not have to have cable to watch TV. I don't watch it on the internet. The internet costs way too much.

On the other hand, when I watch something in HD off of iTunes (since they do not have live streaming), I have to have a Wi-Fi connection. For example, if I want to watch the season finale of Mad Men, I have to download it from iTunes before I can watch it. Since it is HD, the downloading can take some time. And even though I am downloading the show, it can be interrupted by something else and I would have to wait until it has downloaded before I can watch the show.

That's my story and I am sticking with it. I'm curious, are you saying you don't have a TV? In which case why would you need an OTA antenna? Unless you're in a remote location. When I lived in North Carolina, the only TV option was Xfinity. They had HD and it was good, as it had many HD channels. It also used to have streaming but I don't think it still does. It's still a bit too expensive, especially when I can just rent a DVD and watch it on my computer.

So no, I don't have a TV and I don't like cable TV.

Can I cancel Hulu before free trial ends?

I just purchased an account on Hulu and am wondering if I cancel it without being charged. If I cancel will it stay cancelled even though it says I can use it for free till the end of the trial period? You should be able to cancel Hulu before you use it at no cost if you have not started watching it yet. You will be able to watch it when it expires for free until you get a credit card statement saying it's been cancelled. I think this is standard policy with most trials.

When you use the trial, Hulu will know you are using the trial. If you sign up for a paid account, they won't know you are using the free trial so they will know you are using the paid service.

At this point in time, there are no plans to charge for the free trial. In the future, once we've launched subscription services, we plan to offer a free trial, and it will be up to the customer whether to continue or cancel the free trial after it expires. So, can I cancel it before it expires? And is it worth it? If I cancel, will it stay cancelled? Thanks! That depends on how long the free trial is. If it's only a day or two and you don't start using the service, you cancel it. There's no guarantee that it'll remain cancelled, though, so you might as well watch it for free.

There isn't a right way to cancel it, but if you go to your payment settings, you cancel any subscription. So if I cancel now, will it still stay cancelled? I'm a little confused about that. No, but I think you'll get a new credit card statement. Once you've received it, you'll see the date on it and you cancel at that point.

Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? Update: A commenter named Tom points out that you have to use a credit card to cancel your account, and that you can't use a debit card(37).
