Link. For netflix basic if you cancel before the expiration you will still receive your refund. From my understanding the reason that you are given a time limit is so that you don't return the product early. This rule may not apply if you cancel your subscription sometime down the line and never use the service again (so subtractions are handled correctly for someone who deletes their account).

Well most subscription services like such offer you a way to freely cancel them at any time without pussing in to changed your credit card details. Check with yours service provider if it uses your CC details with those huge rates.

It is funny you mention that because currently the only way NOT to get the STARZ deal at the moment is Homeland (see Carrie).
