Why is my ExpressVPN not working on Netflix?

May I point out that your question has NOTHING to do with ExpressVPN at all? In our past tests (with my ISP), when connecting to a torrent site, it would keep faling when we reached xtorrent I think which is quite a common site. Why do I still need to make these changes and why does PPTP work? As I say, iirc we used to have a hassle with torrents until we put OPENVPN with PPTP setup. Also, why can I host 20 files when I have 30 pc's? It seems like there is something I don't understand here about OpenVPN.
