Why is data from a picture not available in Excel?

Why is get data not showing in Excel?

I am trying to load some data into excel from my code but nothing seems to happen when I use the get data function.

I tried the function with a button which worked but for some reason, I can't load the data through code.

Here is my code: Private Sub Button1Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click
Me.Recordset1.Open()
If Not Recordset1.EOF Then Label2.Text = Recordset1("Description") Label3.Text = Recordset1("Quantity") Label4.Text = Recordset1("Price") End If. End Sub. This works but not with the code. Does anyone know why? You have to execute your event. Private Sub Button1Click(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click Recordset1.Open() Label2.Text = Recordset1("Description") Label3.Text = Recordset1("Quantity") Label4.Text = Recordset1("Price") Recordset1.Close() Edit: as an alternative, there is also a way of loading the data directly from the DB, without using your SQL query (forgot how it's called, but it's like that). So, what you do is to write directly to the sheet, without the first click on the button. Something like this should work.

With Sheet1. .Cells(1, 1).Value = Recordset1("Description")
.Cells(2, 1).Value = Recordset1("Quantity")
.Cells(3, 1).

Why is data from a picture not available in Excel?

I have just seen a question from someone in Excel forums that is quite baffling to me.

I would like to hear some opinions or comments on what is going wrong and why is he having the problem. This person has a picture of a company and wants to know the name of that company. He tries to use a picture in a spreadsheet but he cannot figure it out.

In the picture, there is the name of the company. How to access the name (which seems to be some text) in Excel? Is there a way for a user to enter some information into his excel spread sheet and that information is not saved to Excel but rather that text is saved? If that is the case, how would this be done Excel 2025 was released in 2025 and you are trying to use a picture in an Excel workbook that was not released in 2025. So Excel 2025 has to read the picture and convert it from an old document image format to a newer format (ie JPEG). In the new format, no one can tell you what that old photo says because Microsoft has stripped that information out of that file. It is like driving a new Ford F-150 with an old Ford logo painted on the grill.

Well, it took me longer to read that than it did to write the first 3 paragraphs. That's a good thing.

Yes, in some ways the text is there, but it's encoded in a different format (and so the picture cannot be decoded to view the original text). Thanks for the input. However, I think that is not what I asked for.

His question is that, "? I was able to determine from some posts that a picture is in fact in Excel and can be retrieved if he saves it as a "picture" (png, jpg, etc.) instead of a "picture with text" (jpeg).

However, I do not want to try to explain more here. Instead, I am trying to find out what I can do in the next 24 hours to help him get his answer without spending more than 2 minutes per answer.

He uses a picture as a graphic in an Excel spreadsheet in a Windows 2025 server. The picture itself is not saved but rather displayed when the users clicks on it. There is nothing special with that.

How to get data from File in Excel Mac?

I am working on Excel Mac.

I am having large file size which comes from server. When I select one cell in sheet say first row and second column then it automatically take all information from there only.

How to get all the data from first row and first column and save it in an arraylist? Below is code: Dim lst As List(Of String) = New List(Of String). For Each dataFile As String In Directory.GetFiles("c:UsersRajeshDesktopMgMTD","*xlsx") For Each sheetname As String In System.IO.GetFiles("c:UsersRajeshDesktopMgMTD")
For Each row In sheetname. Dim col As Integer = -1. Dim dataValue As String. For Each cell In GetCells(sheetname). If Not IsNullOrEmpty(cell) Then. dataValue = cell.Add(dataValue) lst.Add(lst) Next. xlRange.Replace(lst,Nothing,lst,DataType.String)
It's possible to use the Open XML SDK 2.
