What does it mean to proxy a vote?
The best of what I've found is a quote from the official description on the official site. From it:
Proxy voting is the process of voting for candidates for the most desirable positions (ie President, Governor, Congress, etc.) through a third party. The voting party can be a group of people, a country, a party, or even an institution (eg, the public broadcasting network).
I'm not sure if this is technically a true proxy vote, since this does not involve the actual casting of a vote by the original voter, but it's very close to it. If you're voting for a candidate in an election, but you're doing so as a proxy for someone else, then you're essentially doing a vote-by-proxy.
I've also had trouble finding good answers to the question: what constitutes a proxy vote? Is it simply the situation where the voter is a proxy for someone else, or is it some other more-formal situation? The one thing that seems to be universally agreed upon is that it is a situation where someone votes for another person or group of people without actually participating in the election directly. When this happens in an election, the results of the election are not tainted by the proxy votes. The voter is not responsible for the outcome of the election, but he/she is still responsible for casting his/her vote. In other words, the voter is responsible for the result of the vote. The voter is proxy-voting for someone else, but the result of the election is in no way determined by his/her votes.
Of course, one could argue that the outcome of the election is predetermined by the original voters, or that the results would be the same if the proxy votes weren't cast, but that seems a bit of a stretch to me. The reality is, regardless of whether or not the proxy votes are cast or not, the results of the election are not affected by them in any way.
This is a somewhat related question. Here is another article from the Telegraph.
Why are there never any 'no' votes? This is a question that has bothered me for a while.

Proxy votes are a legal device used by voters who are too sick, disabled, or otherwise unable to attend a voting place to vote. What are the four types of votes?
Orange can only vote for himself and polls secretly. This is the only 100%.
Red can vote for a candidate and often ends up voting for himself. During wars, Red stands next to his army and they give out paper canes filled with ballons. Red once got 8 million votes:
Yellow can only vote for a candidate and often ends up voting for himself. He once got only 14 votes.
Green can only vote for an independent party candidate and votes no matter who it is. Green once got only 4 votes.
Blue can also vote for independent party candidates if they did not vote last time. What happened today? President Obama added seven more congressional seats and reelected our first black President. What did the 50 million votes predict? The whole world is happy and confident that there is no rivalry, and they offer us peace and friendship. How were the votes counted? We counted from Orange's home. We started at Orange's house, gave him a pair of special glasses, a smaller pair of glasses and a straw. Orange also wears a bullet proof vest with his vests and a tie. He opened the doors and everywhere the glasses where passed through the threshold they would be cut into pieces to see who each person passed. We counted 166 glasses and thus we know who the President voted for.
Why did you create our first time countdown game? In math we realized how big the audiance was and started to wonder what world would people have had if everyone had such a chance for democratic participation. What else is in the game? Aim-What kind of shooting game is it anyways? - well you shoot people and get points. Control- we apply the Shooting game routine into a Live Chat Programm and wait until the skin reboots. Then he reloads the game scripts plus Skins and all the news remain keep track of everything as it happens. The news and the first timer are the two big screenavars that are shared between the players.
Shoot- how does it work? - It is a game with 10 levels. You start up the level where you shoot type create a select group of people where cut into pieces the pieces exit the rig and relates them to you with a score. This way you decide over which person get a large portion of the people pieces.
