I've been using the Google Chrome browser since I started using the internet and I've only had one problem with that: all the sites I visit when browsing the net are always logged in on my Google account. How do I fix this? The only way to fix it is to block the proxy or web access of Chrome.

The simplest answer is to turn off proxy settings on your phone. Since you are using a different mobile device than the one you are connecting to the internet from, some of the things you may be used to (the browser, mail client, etc.) might not have been designed with mobile in mind, thus they might not work as desired.

Turning proxy on or off will simply stop the traffic your phone is responsible for from going over the proxy. In case you need to go back to the previous state of your settings (as if you've accidently tapped something), there are some features available on some smartphones that can do this for you. Open up the Settings screen on your mobile device. Click or tap Network in the left sidebar, then click on the option Open a new Network Location. This will show you a screen like the one below.

Check the box that indicates this is the profile for your phone and scroll down to the last drop down list (where it says On/Off). Toggle this to Off.

If the phone asks for confirmation, don't worry. Tap or press the confirmation button and your phone will shut down and restart all its apps so they pick up where they left off when the proxy was enabled.

You should now notice that all your sites and applications will open up without being logged in. Note: If you are using a computer and want to turn off your smartphone's web or app proxy on your computer, use your web browser or software that you use for that purpose. If you are running a version of Windows older than Windows 10, follow these steps to turn off proxy for an application: Open the Start screen, then click the Settings icon. Select System, then click the option named Network & Internet in the left sidebar.

How do I disable proxy or VPN?

I'm using VPN with Cisco's IPsec with a proxy. However, sometimes I would like to disable that proxy and just get my IP. I can't figure out how to disable the VPN on the computer level.

I can turn off the VPN from windows' system (control panel) but it still seems to use the proxy when connected to the web browser. It is definitely still using the Cisco proxy, at least in windows' system, because it displays a "your browser may be sending information to %s:%s.
