If you don't know it, or you did not order UltraVPN, please contact support@ultravpn.com as this will provide your email address.

Why do I have trouble signing in to an account? We understand that it's frustrating to have trouble signing in. The error most likely is that you entered an incorrect password. Is UltraVPN free?

I have an old connection in a different region, and it doesn't allow you to do things like the 'speed test' or some of the other speed tests that I believe are included.

It works on some sites, and not others.

Is this because my old connection speed is so slow, that even I couldn't reach? If you have tried it already, and can confirm that you do indeed get no errors, then please tell us how the service is performing for you: You might ask your provider about upgrading it. If they don't care about your service but would like to make extra money from your internet usage, you may have to pay additional for that upgrade.

And finally, if all else fails, you can switch your connection away from them entirely: My new provider seems to just fine with me having an old VPN connection. I assume they just do not know the 'service' which is available within a VPN. Would be interesting to know what the average amount of data you get when using the old connection vs the new?

I have always used the free version for my personal VPN. Now if the premium version of UltraVPN is available, would this work for my purposes? Is it worth paying for this service if I already get free data from my free VPN? (and if possible, maybe not charge additional money at all) You're correct - it would be impossible to know without the details of the connection itself. The fact that your speedtest didn't have a problem with the VPN shows that it's not the VPN's fault that you weren't able to test any speeds in the VPN tunnel. It could be your provider that has the issue here - if it's their ISP then maybe they have a problem sending/receiving information over that connection.

The fact that your old connection can't handle it is a bit odd and that is strange in its own right. But that's not enough to draw any conclusions from. It can very well be that your connection is actually quite decent but the VPN's servers aren't able to cope with that amount of data/traffic. That said, my guess is that it has more to do with your connection than with the VPN service itself.
