Is Desygner free to use?
We should not assume that any user of Desygner is automatically violating the GPL if they run their program with a Desygner library.
However, we do believe that a good many users might wish to do so, and therefore we would be interested in licensing the library as GPL-compliant software. We will be able to do so only if Desygner is also compliant as an open-source library. The library is not yet compliant. To address the compliance issue, a new organization, the "Free and Open Source Licensing Institute" (FOSL) was founded. FOSL's goal is to certify Open Source software as Free Software, complying fully with the Free Software definition, and to set up a certification procedure for this purpose. As an example of certification, see - currently all files shipped by the author comply with FOSS-GPLv2.1 - the FOSL will issue certificates attesting to the status of Free Software in future releases of Desygner, which, given the level of compliance, will probably mean compliance to Free Software licenses such as GPLv3. As of July 2025, we already began working with the institute, and the first version of the certification tool was released yesterday. FOSL has also published a free certification guide, including sample code, that is available on: Please contact us if you are interested in receiving the guide and helping make Desygner Free Software.

Is the Desygner app safe?
My family and I have been using the Desygner app for a few years now and have had no issues.
Recently, our account has been blocked, so we don't know if it's because we downloaded the app or if they are updating the terms of service. We've tried to get back in touch with them, but have yet to hear back.
How does it work? Desygner is a music app that allows you to access high quality sound and visuals to your music. It's a subscription based service and works on both iOS and Android devices. If you're not familiar with it, it basically uses 3D visuals, sounds, and interactive features to immerse you in your music. You can use it to listen to any song you've uploaded to it, or create new playlists that sync across all of your devices.
The app has been around since 2025, and is now available in several countries including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and more. It was first developed by music technology company NOSONO, and now is run by NOSONO's competitor, Desygner.
Why did they block our account? Your account was blocked because you have used it to make multiple payments, and we can't confirm whether you've made a payment before. This is why we've removed all of your data, and we won't be able to help you until we have all of your information. We hope that you will be able to reach out to us and have your account reactivated as soon as possible.
Do I need to pay again to use the app? If you have an active subscription to the app, then no. You will need to pay for another subscription to use the app, which is 1.99/1.59 for the first month.
If you want to use the app for free, you can go to the Settings menu and disable the in-app purchase. After that, the app will still work normally, but you won't be able to make any payments.
Can you get your money back? No. We can't help you if you can't pay for your subscription.
Who is the owner of Desygner?
Is Desygner the owner of all the other accounts on their sites such as Mefox, Ivexo, and so on?
Will you be making it so that the account used to be linked to a bot account but has been taken out of it and replaced with a user with no track record? Will we ever get a proper explanation for this mass botting?
I am getting fed up at the moment with the Desygner people. If they had done what they were meant to then their accounts wouldn't be deleted daily like they are. It is really annoying that they keep doing this.
I don't think he'll even address it. I agree with someone else that these guys aren't that smart, but I think they're more interested in money than they are anything else. Just an impression.
This is the type of people we have to watch out for in the future because they are a constant threat to all of us. They would do nothing in order to make money, so why not spam all day? I don't want to spam myself. In my opinion, they are just taking advantage of people who may or may not know any better and they will eventually catch up with a massive backlash which will make them delete all of their accounts. The only way we can eliminate them completely is to make them make a huge botter mistake in their life or by making their accounts unbot friendly. If they do something stupid on a bot then I'm sure you guys will make sure they will be able to fix it. Don't give me the "we are working on it" line. This is an extremely simple fix for me and I want it resolved as soon as possible.
If you want a real life example of bots that are being made to be unbot friendly. You simply have to go to any of the chat rooms and log in there. Almost every single person is there at times spamming to the wall.
