How do I give permission for network access?

Why is my computer saying I dont have permission to access?

So I have a windows 7 64 bit computer and it says I dont have permission to access the folder and then I cant do anything in it.

I tried everything I could think of, including going into regedit and changing the permissions but it wont work. Then when I went to regedit it said I dont have permission to access regedit. I found that I had to do a repair on my system but when it did it said it finished ok. The error with the folder is still there and everything is grayed out on my desktop. Help please.

How do I bypass access denied you don't have permission to access on this server?

Is there a way to do this?

I have tried logging in via Putty and entering the command line on the server, but get access denied. I am thinking that this error occurs from trying to login using SSH (and being logged in via SSH?)
Of course you can try anything; but in case of a web server being configured by its administrator with something not very wise, there are some reasons why you should avoid trying to login with ssh, or any other non-standard protocol/user name. For instance, if you try to login as root with ssh root@example.com, you'll be asked for the root password. If it's not the right one, you'll be dropped to an interactive prompt, with no further warnings. You will just abort the login attempt.

That's what makes a logon attempt as root user (or some other user of the same realm) a bad idea, it is something really risky to do in a live environment, and is not at all what you might expect to find on a web server. If I do a 'su www' command, then I see that the password is my username, and how do I change that? How do I set it as root? The first thing that comes to mind is: is your web server configured to allow ssh? Are you really sure it is? I mean, check if the user you're attempting to login is indeed the admin, if you're not logged in via ssh, then you must be logged in via ssh, in which case, you'd better check the configuration again. It is highly likely that you've been given a wrong name for the webserver's user, or even a completely wrong one; depending on how did you set up the machine. The right way to set it up, is to put this name in /etc/passwd. Root:x:0:root:/bin/bash. You:x:1:you:/home/you:/bin/bash. Anotheruser:x:2:anotheruser:/home/anotheruser:/bin/bash. You'll see that root is your realname, and a second user has the same name as you, anotheruser.

How to fix access denied you don t have permission to access?

This is my first time as a guest.

I just tried to download a package, the access is denied error, so, how to solve it? I found that you guys can read my messages, why not reply to me?

I got the same problem when I try to download anything and I also used root to install the app that I downloaded. But my problem is solved when I sign out and log back in.I do know that root can't be removed from a root phone but with other apps you have to sign out of root and login again to re-download.
